THE Rame Peninsula

The surrounding area is beautiful, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For walkers there are walks in all directions that can last for 10 minutes, 2 hours or all day.  The stunning coastline and footpath is only a five minute walk from the front door. The twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are a five minute drive away and offer great pubs and food, along with cafes and shops and small beaches, while Whitsand Bay, with its miles of golden beach and surf is a ten minute drive and a short walk down to the beach.

Weddings

Polhawn Fort is a 5 minute drive from Church View Cottage and Rame Church is directly opposite. Kingsand and Cawsand are a five minute drive away and Mount Edgcumb and Cremyll are 10 minutes.  Church View Cottage is the perfect place to stay when attending a wedding. If we’re around we’re happy to drop you off at any of the local wedding venues.
